Vista Gardens Makes the News (Again)

Last Sunday (April 12), the Washington Examiner's (www.washingtonexaminer.com) Sunday Opinion section featured the "10 Brightest Ideas of the Week." Number 9 was listed under the caption, SLUMDOG: "Crackdown on Fairfax Landlord. The details: The owner of Vista Gardens, an apartment complex off Leesburg Pike, corrected more than 700 fire code violations after being ordered to do so by Fairfax County fire officials. They were pressured into code enforcement after tenants attending a community meeting at nearby St. Anthony's Church complained about their rat- and bedbug-infested apartments."
